Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Energy Science, Technology, and Policy, Civil Engineering, or related. 2 months of experience as a LEED Technical Development Intern, Civil Engineer, or related. Internship experience accepted. Experience must include: Developed a data management system and interactive dashboards to track performance of a new sustainability rating system (LEED v4.1); Drafted credits for a sustainable transit rating system (LEED for Transit) to enhance energy performance and indoor environmental quality of transit systems; Revised credits relating to electric vehicles, vehicle-to-grid technology, and bird collision deterrence for a sustainability rating system (LEED v4.1); Must have LEED AP: BD+C certification.

Duties: Developing entity-wide inventories and product life cycle assessment for energy, GHG, water, waste, and other resources; Conducting verifications of entity-wide inventories for energy, GHG, water, waste, and other resources; Developing and maintaining data management systems and business intelligence tools; Designing sustainability or climate risk management performance targets and accompanying strategies and achievement plans; Identifying and evaluating opportunities to achieve energy, GHG, and resource reductions; Analyzing energy efficiency and renewable energy purchase options; Conducting climate- and water-related risk and opportunity assessments; Researching and leading sustainability programs and initiatives; Producing sustainability reports, disclosures, and other communications; Supporting business development activities with existing and prospective clients
