Aston Carter Payroll Analyst in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Description:

Responsible for supporting the HR and Payroll modules within Oracle eBusiness Suite . This role will also be the primary support for the Kronos / Dimensions timekeeping applications. Requires an understanding of the business requirements to support both hourly and salaried payrolls and benefits in a unionized manufacturing environment. Ability to analyze business requirements and configure software accordingly. Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze critical payroll issues, research and implement resolutions.

  2. Analyze critical HR issues, research resolutions, help implement resolutions.

  3. Design and write custom payroll and HR reports.

  4. Work closely with user base implementing changes to software in reaction to changing business requirements.

  5. Aid in all payroll year-end, quarter-end, and month-end routines.

  6. Functional Support for KRONOS WFC / UKG Dimensions installation for all current users

  7. Document system changes and aid in creating end user documentation.

  8. Aid in implementation of new programs and systems as required.

    Skills & Qualifications:

  9. 5+ years experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly the Oracle HR / Payroll modules.

  10. 5+ years experience with Kronos / Dimensions timekeeping applications

  11. 2+ years experience with Kronos / Dimensions application security administration

  12. 5+ years experience supporting payroll and benefits administration

Knowledge of Oracle programming technologies including SQL and PL/SQL a plus
