Rate of Pay: $135,000 - $165,000/year

Job Duties: Support implementation and maintenance of the enterprise-wide data management solution for certified analytics and reporting rectangles (CARRs) and data assets. Architect, build, and maintain scalable data and analytics pipelines for machine learning models, reports, dashboard, and other analytics solutions. Review and understand data requirements for operational and analytic projects by collaborating with business, product managers/SMEs and IT partners. Refine data requirements and perform data analysis activities including data profiling, creation of data dictionaries, data transformation rules, and integration requirements. Integrate structured, semi-structured and unstructured data from disparate systems into refined data products utilizing optimal solutions for real-time and batch processing. Develop data quality metrics that identify gaps and ensure production data accuracy and compliance with enterprise data standards. Build out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity. Provide data modeling, mining, pattern analysis, data visualization and machine learning solutions to address business needs. Document the data blending process along with specifications and workflow/data lineage. Determine and implement data security and governance processes consistent with Guardian policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII. Apply and provide guidance on software engineering techniques like design patterns, code refactoring, framework design, code reusability, code versioning, performance optimization, and continuous build and Integration (CI/CD) to make the data analytics team robust and efficient.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Engineer-related occupation.
