This position is a Grade: 7 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $40,000-$46,220. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community. This position is a live in position and will have four consecutive weeks off during the summer months. The position works directly with the student staff Gryphon team and supports the residential community. The employee in this position will be overseeing Residence Life and will utilize a curricular approach and restorative practices.
