The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly motivated and candidate for a full-time Program Manager position. This role will focus on critical tasking within the In-Service Submarine, Deep Submergence Systems, and Unmanned Undersea Vehicle Knowledge Areas, contributing to the sustainment and advancement of undersea warfare capabilities. After an initial spin-up period, the position offers the flexibility of up to 50% telework, providing a balanced and dynamic work environment.

This role will be onsite in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Tasking may include but is not limited to work with the financial analyst to set up funding charge numbers for labor hours, materials, and other resources, as needed; distribute funding charge numbers to project leads; maintain program plans; track schedule and budget progress; coordinate presentation material; identify resource constraints / risks between projects and report to manager for adjudication; support development of statements of work (SOWs) and rough order of magnitude for government review

  • Candidate should be self-starter, and able to juggle management of multiple projects at the same time.

  • Candidate should independently handle tasking with limited engagement from government lead.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must have an Active SECRET security clearance

  • 7+ years of work experience (3+ years PM experience)

  • Bachelors degree, preference for engineering degree or have worked 5+ years working with engineers

  • Advanced experience in MS Excel

  • Experience with MS Project

  • Experience with MS Office Suite

  • Experience managing projects of 2+ year duration and annual funding portfolio $2M+ Experience with setting up funding charge numbers for labor hours, materials, and other resources, as needed

  • Experience with maintaining program plans, tracking schedule and budget progress, coordinating presentation material, identifying resource constraints and risks between projects, and reporting issues to managers for adjudication

  • Experience supporting the development of statements of work (SOWs) and rough order of magnitude estimates for government review

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
