Position Overview

The Associate Specialist will be a part of DAI’s corporate finance team. S/he will be an independent, hands-on, and self-directed individual responsible for multiple aspects of the corporate finance and AP function that reports to DAI’s AP Principal Manager, US. S/he will work closely with other members of the AP, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting teams to drive DAI’s priorities and objectives.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

Invoice Management

· Monitor the shared inbox for the supplier’s invoices

· Process invoices/Credit Notes in Oracle

· Dealing with all suppliers/invoices queries internally and externally.

· Audit employee’s expenses on weekly basis

· Daily review of AP workflow to ensure that invoices are processed within approval and payment terms. Take appropriate action to resolve goods and quantity received holds within Oracle.

· Review of 1099 reportable vendors and preparation of annual tax documents.

· Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Requirements:

· Grade P4: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in AP, accounting, or finance role and a college degree. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

· High level of computer literacy with advanced Excel skills.

· Experienced with SAP. SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba experience preferred.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Must be hands-on, self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/competing deadlines simultaneously.

· Must be comfortable with and embrace working at a very detailed level.

· Able to handle confidential and/or sensitive information with discretion.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

· Demonstrated ability to work in diverse teams, create inclusive work environments, and work effectively within a culturally diverse environment.

· Authorized to work in the US.

· Based in one of the following U.S. locations where DAI is registered: District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington.

Preferred:

· Working knowledge of Oracle.

Compensation & Benefits:

For employees working the United States, the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $71,667 - $77,991. Salary for part-time employees will be prorated based on actual hours worked. Actual offers will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Eligible U.S. based employees, will be able to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance, plus a 401(k)-retirement plan with a company match. Additionally, employees will be eligible for company-paid annual leave (vacation & holidays), sick leave, parental leave; as well as short- and long-term disability coverage.
