Requirements

support the account managers and help inside account managers with orders needed in the office

• handle incoming calls

-direct all mailings and interoffice packages

• order office and site supplies

• greet visitors

• plans internal/external events (lunch and learns)

• contact IT if something goes wrong or their are issues in the office
