Hours: SUN 4P-10P, M-W 2P-10P

Pay Rate: $33.50 - $35/ hour

This recently renovated, residential group home, featuring six beds, is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our collaborative team in delivering direct nursing care to individuals with disabilities. With modest caseload ratios, our staff has the opportunity to establish meaningful connections with those we support.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on nursing care for adults with physical and developmental disabilities (including, but not limited to wound care, catheters, and g-tubes)

• Review patients' physical condition and medical needs and document changes as appropriate

• Provide guidance and support to direct care staff working alongside LPN.

• In addition to nursing care, in our group homes LPN stall also assist with recreational activities and daily living (cooking, arts & crafts, grilling, visits to park)

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• Current LPN license to practice Nursing in the State of Connecticut

• Proficiency in delegated nursing skills

• Valid driver’s license
