POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for all finance/accounting related support to the International Division of a multinational manufacturer. Prepare a wide variety of sales & financial reports, audit international business units, conduct feasibility studies and give support with important presentations and acquisition efforts. Manage a cross functional international team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.
Financial Planning, Review and Management (50%):
Participates in International annual budget process and reporting. Prepare interim forecasts as needed.
Assists with optimization of capital structure at International Business Units.
Participate in pro-forma creation, due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions, greenfield etc.
Ad hoc reporting as needed.
Data Analysis/Technical Management (35%):
Responsible for timely and accurate monthly reporting.
Maintain database of all historical financial information.
Monthly analysis of results versus budget for all business units.
Produce monthly financial summary reports in various versions.
Analyze costing, pricing and margins per BU monthly.
Manage ACE preparation and database.
Review inventory reports for all business units and publish a consolidated international report for management. Take lead in pushing for changes/improvements as required.
Review AR reports for all Business units and present a consolidated international report to the management. Take lead in pushing for changes/improvements as required.
Provide support for preparation of presentations for BOD and strategic planning meetings.
Manage international export price list.
Manage royalty program with licensees.
Cross-functional Communication (15%):
Develop strong relationships with subsidiary finance teams.
Represent the International Division at all other corporate meetings when needed.
Coordinate with North American Division to share best practices and facilitate cross Divisional communication.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
5-7 years of experience working in finance, accounting & M&A
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA Finance or Master’s in Finance a plus.

Can pinpoint problems and develop creative solutions.
Must have the ability to prioritize and focus efforts on what makes a difference in a timely, cost effective manner.

Travel Requirement:
- Must be able to travel up to 25%, including Internationally. Must have a valid passport.
