Job title:
Drive the Commercial and Sales Excellence / Enablement program for BU IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy) Services & Solutions in order to secure and enhance customer acquisition, success and retention as foundation for our overall growth with specific regions.
Within the commercial and sales excellence / enablement program, you are responsible to improve customer acquisition efforts for Services and Solutions as part of the integral offer, while aspiring to enhance the sales channel collaboration along the existing and to be created customer touchpoints. In doing so, you will support local relevant action planning vs targets, facilitate the training, enablement and support of sales teams.
Your role:
The Commercial and Sales Excellence / Enablement planning and execution for Services and Solutions (enable execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve AOP-commitments for Maintenance, Maximizer and Education)
Collecting and analyzing sales excellence maturities and create and deploy lead- and funnel mngt through marketing and sales programs
Create and roll out Commercial excellence playbooks for different Sources of business (a.o. Maximizer, Field Extensions)
Start up retention and growth programs from an SE perspective, inclusive to journey mapping, progress and adoption reporting, CSM
Partner with Market Services Leader and BU BM&S to align and enable ongoing performance management against plan with the Market Zones / regions
Support local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth.
Together with IGT Services and Solutions Product Marketing team align on the portfolio for the Markets, setting up and executing roadmap deployment for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available
Collecting and analyzing market size, ASP, volumes, market share, growth trends and margin performance to project future trends and develop relevant market approaches
You're the right fit if:
Preferably a MSc., in (Business) Economics and/or Marketing
5-10 years experience in (CRM) marketing or a downstream commercial mngt role
Experience in services sales and/or marketing, preferably with Sales Excellence depolyment
Ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs
Self-starting mentality, structured, analytically strong and results driven.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language.
Willingness to travel up to approx. 10%.
