As a Molding Operator, you will operate various machinery to process and finish products, including routers and band saws for precise trimming. You will follow detailed process instructions to ensure quality standards are met and collaborate with Material Handlers and Forklift Operators to efficiently load and unload mold forming fixtures and parts. These Molding Operator jobs require a High School Diploma/GED, 1-2 years of relevant experience, experience with hand tools, skills in maintenance and mechanical changes, and proficiency with calipers and micrometers
