Worldwide, we are responsible for 8.7 million square meters of office and production space at around 1,500 locations. We plan, build and design. We operate and offer the associated services.

What part will you play?

• You are responsible for the whole process of purchase and disposal of the Siemens real estate portfolio in Germany and EMEA

• As project lead you steer internal colleagues related to the project, as well as external service providers and brokers, who support you during the due diligence and the disposal

• You prepare the data room (technical due diligence and vendor due diligence)

• You identify potential buyers and lead the tendering

• You are in charge of the internal approval process with the Investment Committee of Siemens Real Estate (I-application, slides, etc.)

• You lead the negotiations on behalf of Siemens Real Estate in Germany or EMEA and follow through until the signing & closing / post-closing

• You strongly contribute to the real estate strategy in cooperation with the Location Strategy Department in order to achieve optimal sales parameter and highest results (create leaseback scenarios, optimization of sales parameters and market research)

What you need to make real what matters.

• Successful studies with real estate focus

• More than 10 years real estate work experience closely related to Transaction Management preferably with a broker background or an extensive network in the real estate market

• Strong experience in leading cross functional and international project teams

• Intercultural and transformational leadership attitude with a team-oriented approachand working style

• Analytical and structured approach in projects with strong diplomatic, but to the point communication skills

• Digital affinity and willingness to use Siemens and project related tools

• Fluent German & English and flexibility to travel internationally
