Boeing Global Services (BGS) was recently awarded contract to develop MQ-25 Courseware and Training for a US Navy customer. We are seeking an experienced United States Marine Corps or Navy Aviation Maintenance Technician to develop MQ-25 training material and conduct training for the Navy in support of the MQ-25 Stingray Program . This courseware development and training includes both maintenance and ancillary training tasks.

This is a fully virtual position, but could require up to 20% travel domestically or internationally.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements.

  • Develops technical training proposals.

  • Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies.

  • Uses specialized software technology to research, develop and modify new and existing media and materials.

  • Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants.

  • Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of standard technical training.

  • Supports developing and documenting training standards and specifications.​

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience performing aircraft maintenance on F/A-18, EA-18 or F-35 aircraft.

  • Prior United States Navy or Marine Corps experience.

  • Fluency and/or adaptability with computer-based applications

  • Ability to type adequately on a keyboard

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of Carrier Flight Deck experience

  • Courseware Development and Instructor experience

  • UAS experience

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: 77,350 – 104,650
