Boeing Global Services , Ground Support Equipment, is currently seeking an experienced Support Integration Specialist for our Berkeley, MO (St. Louis area) facility.

This role requires an understanding of logistics systems, procurement processes, basic safety systems, basic quality systems, and materials management processes and systems. Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans. Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts. Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current. Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs. Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.

Position Responsibilities:

  • This role requires the ability to interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings and parts lists

  • This role also requires the ability to manage small to medium size projects from beginning to end

  • Management of production configurations

  • Support of bid and proposal activity

  • Gathers and supports the evaluation of technical data for specific projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices.

  • Participates or manages projects using approved project management techniques

  • Initiates changes to supporting processes and related documentation

  • Provides low-level training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production

  • Assists in the development of production proposal activities

  • Provides technical and administrative assistance to meet regulatory, production and process requirements

  • Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure products and services compliance

  • Works under general supervision

  • Ability to manage material acquisition, receipt, fabrication, and customer delivery using a material management system software.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience working with a GOLD Uniface/GOLDesp application computing system

  • Experience in Product Support / Logistics Concepts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in project management such as scheduling, resource management, and performance measures.

  • Strong communication skills and customer focus

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450
