日常業務内容:

フロントオフィス部門の効率的な運営に全責任を負い、ブランド運営基準の範囲内で卓越した商品とサービスを提供します。

• 宿泊部ディレクターをサポートし、客室体験の活性化に注力する。

• ゲストサービス、予約、ハウスキーピング、F&Bと連携し、ゲストのニーズを把握し、ゲストの到着がスムーズに行われるよう監督する。

• リザベーション・マネージャーと連携し、ゲストの履歴とプロフィール・システムの管理を監督する。

• 決められたポリシー、手順、最善の措置がすべて厳格に実施されていることを確認する。

• トレーニングと教育をチームメンバーに施し、安定かつ効率的な運営を維持しつつ、チーム力の向上を図る。

• 法的、法令的、財務的要件、文書化、報告システム、契約書など、すべての要件に合致したホテル運営を行う。

応募者に求めるもの:

【経験】

• ホテルの宿泊部門において5年以上の経験を有する方

• 管理監督者としてチームを率いた経験を2年以上有する方（育成、労務管理、コスト管理）

• Operaシステムの経験のある方優遇

• 新しいことにチャレンジしたい方歓迎

• 多様性のある職場環境でスキルを磨きたい方歓迎

【語学】

• 必須：日本語、英語で接客できる方

• ビジネスレベルの英会話力のある方優遇

• 中国語、韓国語で接客できる方歓迎
