日常業務内容:

ホテル代表電話宛の電話問い合わせおよび客室からの電話問い合わせの応対を担っていただきます。

【代表電話宛】

• お客様からのお問い合わせやご要望に対応し、必要な手配を行う。内容によっては担当部署にお取り次ぎする。

• お取引企業様からの電話を担当部署にお取り次ぎする。

【客室内線電話】

• 客室にご滞在中のお客様からのお問い合わせやご要望に対応し、必要な手配を行う。内容によっては担当部署にお取り次ぎする。

応募者に求めるもの:

【経験】

• オペレーター（受電接客業務）経験を有する方優遇

• ホテル業界において経験を有する方優遇

• Operaシステムの経験のある方優遇

• 新しいことにチャレンジしたい方歓迎

• 多様性のある職場環境でスキルを磨きたい方歓迎

【語学】

• 必須：日本語、英語で電話応対できる方

• ビジネスレベルの英会話力のある方優遇

• 中国語、韓国語で接客できる方歓迎
