Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing Last Mile Delivery? Join the Walmart On Demand Delivery Team, where you will play a pivotal role as the Last Mile Delivery Manager - Strategy and Operations. Our team serves as the key player between Walmart's Last Mile Delivery operations and external strategic partners, driving the delivery of unparalleled customer experiences with maximum cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Last Mile Delivery Manager, you will be the central resource and partner for various cross-functional teams, including strategy, operations, product, legal, finance, and more. Your mission is to drive success in this rapidly growing Last Mile space by:

1. Developing Long-Term Growth Initiatives: From conceptualization to execution, you'll lead the charge in creating and implementing growth strategies that push the envelope and set new standards in Last Mile Delivery.

2. Creating Playbooks and Streamlining Operations: Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting playbooks and refining processes that streamline operations across multiple teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

3. Data Analysis and Trend Communication: You will excel at organizing and dissecting data, extracting actionable insights, and communicating trends to relevant stakeholders. Your data-driven approach will steer decision-making processes.

4. Revenue Generation and Cost Mitigation: In this role, you'll oversee and develop activities and projects that not only generate revenue but also offset operational expenses, mitigate losses, and influence spending to optimize profitability.

Your Impact:

1. Building Collaborative Relationships: Forge strong, collaborative relationships with external Last Mile Delivery partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

2. Mitigating Unsuccessful Deliveries: Innovate and develop new methodologies for reducing unsuccessful deliveries through product enhancements and operational improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Database Optimization: Optimize existing databases and tools critical for tracking ongoing strategic priorities and planning for future growth, enabling informed and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree (required), MBA (preferred)

• 5+ years of experience owning long-term strategic initiatives

• Previous experience in Last Mile Delivery

• Experience in a start-up environment or scaling a new business within a larger enterprise

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
