What you'll do...

Job Summary:

In this role you will lead teams across several buildings with the purpose of creating, maintaining, and improving quality processes and standards within supply chain. You will partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, product, transportation and more as you lead, manage, and participate in quality projects.

What you'll do:

• Maintain relationships with quality departments across supported buildings

• Influence quality mindset within network

• Understand quality impacting factors and support sites in quality education

• Lead and participate in quality initiatives

• Communicate home office rollouts and initiatives to supported buildings

• Report site metrics, roadblocks, needs and wins to leadership

• Use data to identify and focus resources on top loss quality defects

Additional Comments:

This role requires consistent communication with QA Ops and quality engineers in the field. As home office support, your time will be balanced between fire-fighting, clearing roadblocks, and managing your own projects. Efficient resource allocation becomes important as you balance these requirements, and to create meaningful impact it is important to prioritize tasks optimally. The candidate should have a background in engineering or a similar.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
