Walmart Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics-Health and Wellness Compliance, Systems, Strategy, & Operations in Bentonville, Arkansas

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Join the Walmart Health & Wellness Compliance team to support Pharmacy, Optical, and Emerging Business Lines at the world’s largest retailer! Senior Manager – Health & Wellness Compliance, Systems, Strategy, & Operations is a critical thought-leadership role that will be at the forefront of supporting the entire Health & Wellness business. Reporting to the Director – Systems, Strategy, & Operations, manage all Health & Wellness compliance technology projects, ensuring risk-based prioritization and timely completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Health & Wellness compliance, tech teams, and operations, to drive project success and deliver high-quality results. This role also manages compliance systems and other operational compliance processes for Health & Wellness business lines.

What you’ll do….

  • Manage H&W Compliance Tech Portfolio: Manage process for capturing multiple compliance-related systems and data/analytics requests for all H&W compliance business lines. Establish process for effective prioritization, ranking, and communication to IROCC team for execution.

  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and technological compliance initiatives to define project scope, objectives, and requirements; facilitate project meetings with tech partners and stakeholders; track project performance; and manage changes to project scope and schedules.

  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Coordinate and communicate H&W Compliance technical project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring projects are prioritized appropriately and delivered on time and within scope.

  • Improve upon the compliance program foundation . Participate in the execution of the Health & Wellness Compliance Program, ensuring all elements of an effective compliance program are in place and integrated into existing structures and processes where appropriate.

  • Operate with excellence. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) that measure and monitor team performance and potential risk areas. Set an example in managing to KPIs/KRIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

What you’ll bring….

  • You’re a subject matter expert with proven experience as a program/project manager or in a similar role, preferably within the health and wellness or compliance sectors.

  • Experience with compliance technologies, cloud technologies, and software development practices.

  • You have significant experience and familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, including federal and state healthcare regulations, Professional Board Practice Acts, general billing practices, etc.

  • You’re process-oriented and look for opportunities to streamline processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Experience working in large cross-functional teams within a corporate environment.

  • You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You’re excited by challenges and ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
