What you'll do...

This is an e xciting opportunity for someone with director level experience in operations or program management from a large/mid-size company to leverage their skills to drive the execution of business plans and priorities.

About the team: The Quality & Safety (Q&S) team is zealous about driving innovative processes that provide safe and reliable care to our patients. The team is made up of talented individuals who concentrate on one of three areas within the team; Quality, Safety, and Operations. While there are three different focus areas, this is a cohesive team that compliments each other by playing to the individual strengths, skills, and perspectives from each group.

What you'll do: As a member of the Q&S Operations Team, you will drive initiatives and solutions by collaborating with SMEs, stakeholders, project owners, and leaders to:

• Provide support with developing and communicating strategic initiatives related to team objectives and goals

• Develop business plans and priorities

• Manage, implement, and drive project plans to ensure they address timelines, resources, design, budget, stakeholder buy-in, and the problem/solution

• Measuring progress and adjusting plan performance accordingly

What you'll bring:

• Ability to think strategically; grasp concepts and make connections quickly

• Ability to influence others through effective communication (verbally, in writing, and as a presenter)

• Ability to rapidly get "up-to-speed" when facing new challenges or assignments

• Project/program management expertise

• Ability to collaborate and work in a highly matrixed team environment with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Naturally curious mindset, always staying current and seeking knowledge from other areas

• Previous experience as a "Chief of Staff" (preferred)

• Experience with managing IT/Data/Tech initiatives (preferred)

• PMP certification (preferred)

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.

3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
