Job Title: Modular Execution Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Modular Execution Associate to join our team based at our Bentonville, AR location. Your primary responsibility will be leading the execution of space strategies for store modifications and ensuring brand assortment is being correctly implemented. This role requires someone who takes ownership of their work, is detail-oriented, meets deadlines, and continuously strives for excellence. You will work closely with our customer, fostering strong relationships to implement space strategies efficiently. Your ability to lead, motivate, and engage with both internal and external partners will be crucial. In addition, you will be responsible for effectively communicating, managing, and prioritizing workload across multiple projects while educating internal teammates and external customers on challenges and opportunities within the planograms. You will also need to communicate changes in projects throughout the process to ensure merchants are informed when sets are finalized. Lastly, ensuring the accuracy of data, drawings, stitching, and validation of submissions for planograms will be a significant part of your role.
