What you'll do...

As a member of the Product Safety and Compliance team, you will have direct involvement in executing and building programs expected to guarantee product safety and regulatory compliance.

You will make an impact by:

• Focused on execution of Walmart Food Packaging Regulatory Compliance programs for Walmart and Sam's Club.

• Collaborates with team members to support design and development of a formal food packaging regulatory program.

• Supports label claim review process for private brand packaged food.

• Collaborates across stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change impact to other business areas.

• Drafts communication documents to inform Walmart and Sam's Club suppliers of Packaged Food compliance requirements.

• Data Analytics & Visualization skills - Excel, Tableau, Power BI

• Experience with MS Office Suite applications

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.

2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
