Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper based in Bentonville, Arkansas. The function of this role is to establish and maintain comprehensive financial systems in our organization, ensuring that all financial transactions are appropriately recorded.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Implement and maintain computerized accounting systems to ensure accuracy.

• Use Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create financial reports.

• Oversee the annual budget process and conduct cash flow analysis.

• Ensure all accounting functions are performed accurately and within the specified timeline.

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in the financial records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed.

• Interact with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Update and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications in an efficient manner. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Computerized Accounting System

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel

• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to handle Annual Budget

• Proficient in Cash Flow Analysis
