The Staff Auditor - Internal Audit will report to the Director of Global Audit . You will partner with multiple business leaders across the company, providing valuable insights to enable the success of our many businesses across the enterprise.

How you'll make an impact:

• Support the Audit Team on multiple audits throughout the year

• Use Data Analytics to help deliver a more efficient and effective audit

• Become a Trusted Advisor by developing relationships with other teams. Be a go-to resource across the organization to solve issues.

• Learn the business and understand how to identify, assess and mitigate risk.

What you'll bring:

• You execute audits and support new initiatives within our department

• You create efficiencies in the audit process by leveraging data analytics and implementing automation and integration opportunities.

• You think creatively and strategically and are comfortable challenging the status quo.

• You are comfortable working in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field OR Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or other Information Technology-related field.

• Graduating between December 2024 or May 2025.

• A successful candidate will not require sponsorship from Walmart for authorization to work now or in the future.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
