ABOUT THE POSITION - INTRODUCTION

Experience a wholistic view of the Fortune 1 tax department. You may work on challenging and innovative, strategically relevant projects that provide exposure to US Federal and state income tax, global income tax reporting (provision), indirect taxes (sales and use, property), and more. Through on-the-job experience, you will gain broad tax knowledge while working in a dynamic team environment. You will participate in broader Walmart Finance events, including meetings with Walmart executive leaders across the organization.

  • Hold a BS/BA in Accounting (3.0 GPA or higher preferred).

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field OR 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, income tax compliance, or

related area.

License to practice law in at least one state
