Responsible for business planning for exporting regions. Lead monthly forecasting cycle. Determine, track, and enhance forecasting metrics. Teamwork with Selling regions to align on annual production volumes. Oversee, track, and report orders. Negotiate and define with production planning export production slots. Justify and develop business cases for export productions when production is limited. Follow up on logistics to ensure product supply. Pricing list management and approval for each SKU/region. Inventory negotiation of US SKUs to be shared with other selling regions. Communicate product transitions to all regions. Supervise three direct reports holding the positions of Exports Logistics Analyst, Finance Sr Analyst, and Demand Planning Sr Analyst.

REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related field plus 2 years of experience in the offered position or related position.
