• Sets-up Lathe machines by downloading programs, setting up three and four jaw chucks, and collet chucks.

• Adjust CNC programs load them into machine as needed during machining process.

• Sets-up Mill machines by downloading programs, installing, and fixtures, collet chucks and vices

• Sets zero / reference points and tool offsets, and tool radius compensation through calculating

requirements and proving part programs.

• Measures and check dimensions and tolerances using inspection devices.
