As an additional benefit for our Rostered Clinicians, we provide the required 100 hours of clinical supervision toward licensure, free of charge. Based on the current hourly rate of clinical supervision and the number of hours required, this benefit is valued at approximately \$10,000.

Under the direction of the clinical and emergency services manager, the Emergency Clinician provides a wide variety of clinical services to mental health and/or substance abuse clients, including clinical case management services, consultation and education services to area schools, agencies, and the community at large.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling or related field with two years experience.

Some experience in crisis intervention required.

Professional clinical license in field of specialty

Qualified Mental Health Professional within 1 year of start date.

Valid Driver\'s License

Availability:

Full time, 40 hrs. per week.

Shifts could range from 8 hours - 13 hours in length, between the hours of 3pm-8am (2nd/3rd shift)

3 -13 hour shifts, 4 - 10 hour shifts or 5 - 8 hour shifts (Can be flexible with schedule)

Requirements

DIRECT CLINICAL SERVICES: Provides assessment and counseling to individuals and families with mental health and/or substance abuse problems. Services may include individual, family, group and relationship counseling. Coordinates services with other agencies and providers. Facilitates appropriate referrals for other services when necessary. May provide specialized assessment/screening services based on professional concentration and training, i.e. psychological testing, substance abuse evaluations, etc.

CONSULTATION AND EDUCATION SERVICES: Provides mental health and/or substance abuse consultation to community at large, area agencies, the professional community and/or schools as required. Consultation can be educational or evaluative in nature. Specific areas of consultation/education are based on clinician\'s areas of expertise or interest. Provides liaison services between two sponsoring agencies so as to coordinate services to clients.

CLINICAL CASE MANAGEMENT AND SOCIAL SUPPORT: Provides concurrent case management services on an as needed basis. These services may include service coordination with other agencies and services; collateral contacts with other family members or significant others in clients life; telephone support to clients or collaterals; social support services for locating, developing, or providing care services; or treatment planning session.

CLINICAL RECORD-KEEPING: Initiates and maintains in a timely and thorough manner the wide variety of record keeping and administrative documentation required to account for our services to clients. Such work includes, but is not limited to, client specific assessments, case services and progress no es, time sheets, schedules, billing reports to third party payors, and assigned periodic reports.

ADMINISTRATIVE, AGENCY, AND CLINICAL TEAM MEETINGS: Attends and actively participates in the necessary coordinative, administrative and clinical meetings designed to inform, problem solve, and coordinate services and programs.

Annual Salary Range \$57,093.00-\$63,003.28
