Responsibilities

A Recruiting Coordinator needs to have great communication and organizational skills. They're responsible for finding job candidates and narrowing the funnel of applicants down to the people who are the best fit for the roles needed within your organization. Their duties often include:

• Using email and job posting strategies to find job seekers who are looking for needed positions at your company

• Acting as the face of your business at job fairs and other recruitment functions

• Reviewing resumes and job applications to determine which people should receive interviews

• Conducting interviews and creating a short list of final candidates

• Helping new hires through your company's onboarding process

• Monitoring the success rate of all your company's recruiting campaigns

• Offering ways to improve the recruitment process and implementing those changes

The essential functions of this role include:
