Our Auto practice accelerates and drives growth for major players of the automotive industry, from Original Equipment Manufacturers to dealers big and small in U.S. & Canada. Part of a 1,600-member global team, the practice offers the automotive world’s largest service reminder platform along with agency services and digital media solutions. A leader in the automotive space, the team supports over 50% dealers in the US and manages 280M+ customer vehicle relations. Our Auto team is home to innovative thoughts, latest in technology and is always at the front of learning new.

Responsibilities

  • With knowledge in creative, print and online communication design, YOU can handle Print and Online creative led projects.

  • You can collaborate with teams to manage creative projects throughout the entire creative/production process to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency before release in both print and digital media.

  • You can handle multiple projects with changing priorities in a tight deadline driven environment.

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to collaborate and communicate ideas, changes/ updates effectively.

What you will do:

  • Comfortable in leading and collaborating as an effective team member, with the ability to work both independently and lead when necessary.

  • Interpret briefs to develop compelling design concepts for both digital and print projects.

  • Collaborate closely with design leaders to transform concepts into print-ready or digital designs for various materials.

  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely completion of deadlines.

  • Oversee and review artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and multiple brand style guides.

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing support and expertise.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate them.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4+ year’s experience in a print production role with a proven track record of having managed projects and working with multiple teams.

  • InDesign, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator – PRO Level.

  • Print expert.

  • Basic knowledge on HTML work is a plus.

  • UI/UX design experience is a plus too.

  • Video Editing knowledge (Basic understanding of After Effects and Premier Pro is a plus).

  • GIF and animation experience is a plus.

  • Design/digital agency work experience is a bonus.

  • Work experience in Automotive, Car brands, Industrial brands and/or IT brands is a bonus.
