Roles and Responsibilities

· To ensure accurate translation of written and spoken content from Portuguese to the English US language and vice versa.

. Provide real-time translation during events such as live broadcasts or conferences.

. Translate spoken language in real-time during meetings and conferences.

· Candidate must provide interpretation services during meetings, conferences, or other events as required.

· Responsible to review translated materials for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and consistency.

· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and adhere to professional standards of ethics and integrity.

· Stay updated on language trends, terminology, and industry developments to improve translation skills.

· Knowledge of Taxation terminology (LLB candidate preferred).

· Candidate must be having previous experience in translation or interpretation.

· Work closely with team members to understand specific requirements.

· Candidate should able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills · High proficiency in Portuguese and English language.

. Mastery in Microsoft Office, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and related business analysis tools

· Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to notice and correct errors

Responsibilities

Title: Oracle Tax & Treasury PMO - Portuguese translators

Location: Gurugram/Bengaluru. India/Brazil/Portugal/WFO/Hybrid

Estimated duration: 2 years

Hours per week: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Work time zone: IST (06:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

CTC 13 -14 LPA

Detailed Description

Oracle is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Portuguese translator (Contractor) to work within the Tax & Treasury Project Management Office (PMO) team in India to facilitate assistance during the Mountain time zone under administrative supervision of the Tax & Treasury PMO Director based out of Denver, United States.

The candidate must have a professional commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills.

Oracle Tax & Treasury PMO Contractor (Portuguese translator)

Qualification & Experience · BA/BS/BCom/LLB/MBA is a plus.

. Certification from recognized institutions in Portuguese Language.

· Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Portuguese language translator (Finance/Tax/Treasury Domain)
