Job Description

Global Provision Tax Analyst. Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English

Charter Accountant is Preferable

Preferred Qualifications

The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week .

Candidates must be available to work overlap with US business hours

Job Specifics & Responsibilities Include

  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual global tax provision and related income tax disclosures.

  • Maintain monthly income tax account reconciliation and tax account roll-forwards.

  • Prepare quarterly deferred tax roll-forwards, valuation allowance, and other support schedules.

  • Assist with uncertain tax position accrual schedules, interest calculations, and related journal entries.

  • Assist with calculating and reconciling federal and state provision-to-return adjustments.

  • Assist in the preparation of analytic summaries for management review, and various deliverables for external auditor and finance teams.

  • Maintain SOX documentation to ensure procedures over internal controls are in compliance with company policies.

  • Support in any other functions as required by the global tax provision team.

  • Assist with the implementation of process improvements and special projects .

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • BS or MS in Accounting, Taxation or a related field preferred; and

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Public Accounting and/or industry;

  • Self-starter and detail oriented;

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve;

  • Strong organizational and data analytical skills;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

  • Ability to learn new systems and software applications that are Oracle-specific;

  • Goal oriented and capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision;

  • Handles multiple competing priorities in fast-paced environment; and

  • Positive work attitude with a desire to learn new skills and gain new experience.
