Strategy Director
Responsibilities:
Drive complex business / operational problems solving through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions
Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities in technology, operations, and corporate functions
Drive development of strategic transformation plans, aligning technology, operations, and functional advancements with long-term business / functional goals
Collaborate with global teams effectively in problem solving, solutioning and recommendation development
Communicate effectively with leadership, conveying complex information and progress reports in a clear and concise manner
Oversee the execution of strategic / transformation initiatives across Technology, Operations, and Functions, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring seamless project management
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
Provide guidance and oversight to team members involved in transformational projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered with measurable impact
Work collaboratively to navigate organizational shifts and secure leadership and stakeholder buy-in at all levels
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred)
Proven experience (10+ years) in a strategic leadership role overseeing transformation initiatives within a large corporate environment or a management consulting firm
Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive transformation vision that integrates technology, operations, and functional advancements.
Prior experience with leading management consulting firms will be a plus
Ability to roll up the sleeves and do the work as needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
Quantitative & qualitative analysis in solving complex organization problems (e.g., operating model design)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate senior leaders and cross-functional teams
