Job Description Summary

As Staff Lead Program Integrator, you will drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge.

  • Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs.

  • Lead the platform integration and end to end system testing, troubleshooting and issue reproduction.

  • Work with technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan.

  • Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements.

  • Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources.

  • Supporting the Program Manager, ensures that multi-functional projects integrate properly within the product/program. Optimize team performance across the program value chain, functionally and technically.

  • Ability to proactively manage cross-functional interdependencies to maximize team efficiency and avoid gaps/delays in mid to long-term execution. Anticipate integration issues and discern appropriate actions to progress the team forward.

  • Connects planning and cross-functional impacts of product NPI, Installed Base, Obsolescence and End-of Life.

  • Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary

  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required.

  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.

  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting

  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations.

  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected.

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

  • A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience

Required Qualifications:

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Program Integration.

  • Working exposure to healthcare product development life cycle, delivery, and regulatory aspects.

  • Working exposure to Clinical Applications & Clinical workflows.

  • Experience in system level testing and troubleshooting under Linux and/or Kubernetes applications.

  • Experience in clinical application and workflow testing.

  • Experience in Design pattern and solutioning.

  • Attention to detail and ability work independently towards timely completion of a variety of assignments & develop unique concepts/solutions for complex products.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience working with Rally or similar Software.

  • Knowledge of Agile Development practices and experience working on an Agile Scrum Teams.

  • Exposure to Rest based Microservices using GO, Python, Java, Undertow and C++.

  • Developing platform solutions for Healthcare Imaging and Radiology workflows.

  • Customer engagement for healthcare products

  • Infra and PaaS integration using Containerization technologies Kubernetes / Docker, Grafana, Prometheus.

  • Hands on system testing and troubleshooting under containerized environment.

  • Exposure to HELM Charts, YAML, Ansible, Python, DevOps Pipeline Integration.

  • Exposure Web UI Technologies - HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, XML, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, Node.
