This role will be part of the Digital Intelligent Automation organization within GE HealthCare. As the Technical Product Manager, you will own the strategy and roadmap for Celonis process mining solution within GE HealthCare. You would be responsible for partnering with key business and technical stakeholders to envision and design high impact process mining solutions. You would be required to leverage deep technology, process, and domain expertise to drive execution across multiple solutions; ensure outcomes on time delivery, within scope and budget and of desired quality.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Leading the strategic initiatives and global roadmap for Celonis Process/Data Mining in partnership with executive sponsors

  • Prioritizing the different initiatives. Applying product philosophy around cost management, customer experience and capability rollout to ensure buy-in and adoption.

  • Organizing project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts based on budget, scope, and timeline.

  • Collaborating with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining functionality and specifying requirements

  • Driving accountability, delivery within the team across the different solutions. Coordinating execution across multiple projects and drive shared approach and outcomes tracking.

  • Managing the day-to-day execution of a DevOps team; maintaining rigor, resolving roadblocks to ensure SLAs are met, on time and quality delivery.

  • Building a funnel to assess ideas for new features/solutions; establish governance mechanism for prioritization, delivery. Define execution methodologies and project management practices to be followed by all implementations.

  • Managing stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives

  • Tracking outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected.

  • Preparing and manage financial budget, track variances on an ongoing basis vendor PO’s.

  • Interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Staying informed of industry trends in Intelligent automation space.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science, or “STEM” Majors

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product/Program Management

  • Working experience in managing delivery in Data Modeling/Mining, Process Intelligence, or related areas.

  • Functional experience with some/any of the following functions such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Treasury, Sourcing, Services operations

  • Leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals.

  • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans.

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders on a global basis.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience using process/data mining and automation tools like Celonis, UiPath

  • Experience with dealing with newer/ less matured technologies, proof-of-concepts, driving pilots, and product evaluations.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, data modelling and visualization, and reporting

  • A track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities.
