Autodesk is looking for a high-performing and experienced SAP S/4HANA Treasury consultant to join our global team of diverse, smart, innovative, and driven engineers. As a Senior Consultant, you will be an individual contributor as part of an Agile scrum team, responsible for designing and building best-in-industry solutions across S/4 Hana Treasury and Finance. You will collaborate closely with peers from Product, Business, Engineering, and Support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA Treasury Implementation:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management modules.

• Conduct business process analysis and mapping to ensure optimal solution design.

• Customize S4 functionalities to meet the specific needs of the organization.

• Develop high quality, secure, stable code for use in products and solutions for customers, making it easier for other developers to maintain, enhance, reuse, and localize. ·

• Apply continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, resulting in a straightforward solution and reducing complexity. · Advocate for best in class user experience. ·

• Develop and maintain Unit Tests; strive to automate testing as much as possible.

• Understand, embrace and promote agile methodologies, principles and values within the team

• Write and maintain the code following Test-Driven-Design principles · Deliver working software frequently. ·

• Accept changing requirements, even late in development

• Functional Requirements: · Work with Product Owner and/or Product Manager/Team to understand and help refine functional requirements for new products or upgrades and have a clear understanding of what definition of “done” is.

Treasury Operations Optimization:

• Collaborate with the finance and treasury teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Develop and implement best practices for cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

AI Integration:

• Identify and integrate AI solutions to enhance treasury operations, such as predictive analytics for cash forecasting and risk assessment.

• Work with cross functional IT teams to deploy AI models within the SAP ecosystem.

• Monitor and refine AI algorithms to ensure accuracy and relevance.

User Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP S/4HANA Treasury functionalities.

• Develop user documentation and training materials.

• Assist in resolving system issues and provide ongoing support.

Project Management:

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, to ensure successful project completion.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

• Report project status and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an SAP Treasury Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong understanding of treasury processes, including cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.

• Experience with AI integration in treasury operations, including working knowledge of AI/ML tools and techniques.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of other SAP modules such as FI/CO.

• Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) and financial instruments.

• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform.

• Understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
