Job Description

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Detailed Description

Over 10+ years of relevant IT experience with 3+ years in Fusion Cloud data migration through FBDI, Fusion Reporting using BI Publisher, OTBI & FRS and Integrations (OIC/ICS/SOACS) based implementations as a Technical Lead/Architects.

  • Good exposure of Oracle Fusion ERP cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, etc.

  • Role is of an Individual Contributor and a Technical Consultant. Being Hands-On is a critical requirement.

Must Have:

  • Experience in Solution designing for Customer engagements in the Fusion Data Migration (FBDI), Reporting (BIP,OTBI, FRS) and Integration (OIC/SOA Suite) space

  • Drive detailed design for customer requirements and able to develop codes, test, lead team and deliver on time.

  • Conduct Design review to provide guidance and Quality assurance around best practices and frameworks

  • Having exposure on Cloud technologies like Apex/PCS/VBCS/ODI/BPM/BICC/FAW.

  • Certification in Oracle technologies such as OCI, AI/ML, Gen AI, OIC is an advantage

  • Good understanding of SQL, PLSQL, Java, Python and Oracle EBS and Fusion data models

Education : BE/ B Tech/ MCA

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Noida/Hyderabad

Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, teammate, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and sharing the knowledge and client management.

Responsibilities

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
