Oracle Senior Manager Product Management in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

The Oracle Health Data Intelligence Platform is looking for an upbeat, expert manager to lead a clinical algorithm content team that authors requirements for clinical population health algorithms to measure and improve the quality of care for millions of patients on the platform. Your team will work with product teams in the US to understand the business needs of these algorithms, as well as consume regulatory quality measurement specifications from external quality organizations.

These specifications are translated into technical requirements for our engineering teams. Your team will write these requirements and work very closely with engineers to ensure that algorithms are implemented to meet the business and patient care needs of our customers. Accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Additionally, it is crucial that our requirements are in alignment with the platform's data model and terminology system requirements, which you will need to be intimately familiar with.

Responsibilities

  • Strong leadership and advocacy skills; able to articulate the needs of our customers and your team members.

  • Able to work across various internal teams and organizations to ensure good outcomes for our customers; reduce communication inefficiencies. Willingness and ability to work internally with members of our product and engineering teams.

  • Lead through example and create a positive, industrious, and proud culture on the team.

  • Strive to consistently improve efficiency and accuracy of the work your team performs.

  • Clinical patient care or informatics background is a plus.

  • Technically proficient with relational databases, SQL, Tableau, and various analytics tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
