Amazon Risk Manager, Global Solutions & Risk Compliance in Bengaluru, India

Description

As an individual contributor, you will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create use cases, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and plan their adoption establishing feedback loops for improvements. You will be expected to partner with DG program and multiple teams within Amazon teams to identify solve/improve for DG use cases by leveraging SOP automation, scalable defect reduction, upstream listing and catalog improvements bringing efficiency (and lowering cost) for ORC delivery model in partnership with ORC Classification team. This is a high impact role with goals that directly impacts the bottom line of the business.

• Identifying innovative process improvement and create tech use cases through Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• Influencing the development, delivery and adoption of DG auto classification roadmaps/glidepaths across tech goals

• Advising DG Program on scalable tech developments in Amazon against their applicability to GSRC DG operations.

• Driving the implementation SOP automation via LLMs and navigating through issues

• Managing the scalable defect reduction for GSRC DG

• Managing stakeholder engagement, through governance mechanisms such as xBRs.

About the team

Global Solutions & Risk Compliance (GSRC) team is looking for a Risk Manager (L5), DG who will be responsible for driving DG classification roadmap for processes and steer discussison with stakeholders. The GSRC DG organization owns the classification of ASINs with DG program which directly impacts ASIN enablement across MPs . We are looking for a problem solver with excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen to join our team.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience in program or project management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent

  • Experience with SQL and Excel
