Job Description: Resource Analyst (IC3)

Role Overview

The Resource Analyst (IC3) is responsible for managing and optimizing resource allocation across projects and teams. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, communication abilities, and a deep understanding of resource management principles.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to gather information on upcoming project resource needs

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term resource forecasts

• Present available internal and external resources (offshore, nearshore, and contractors) to fit project demand

• Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization

• Analyse resource data to provide insights and recommendations for improved allocation strategies

• Assist in the development of resource management

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of resource-related reports and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations or a related field

• 6 -12 years of experience in resource management or a similar role

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills and Competencies

• Analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

• Communication skills to present findings to clients and managers

• Organizational skills to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in using statistical software and creating charts and graphs

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
