Job Description

2. Sales Management

• In-depth understanding of top accounts, identify growth opportunities, develop / execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target.

• Defending the core and driving conversions thereby adding incremental business.

• Responsible for maintaining /gaining market share in the territories handled as per plans

• Has broad understanding of internal organization resources, priorities, needs relating to business

• Has detailed knowledge of sales process and ability to coach & drive solution selling approach.

• Ensuring submission of relevant Region reports per cadence & agreed timelines.

3. Customer relationship

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers

• Develops Key opinion leaders in the region

• Acts as bridge between internal stakeholders ( Marketing and Med Affairs ) and customers to deliver programs to address unmet customer needs.

4. People Management

• Ability to connect across layers and zoom out as manager of managers

  • Designs and supports a learning environment in which development of employees is actively encouraged

  • Continuously seeks to coach employees towards capability development and enhancement.

  • Plans and suggests effective developmental activities related to current and future jobs.

Additional Job Description

  • The candidate should be existing people manager

  • Work experience preferably with medical devices
