Lead Central (LC) is a strategic product & program initiative to provide high quality seller/partner leads to the appropriate sales teams to improve their productivity and launch customer desired brands/sellers on A.in. As Program Manager – Lead Central, Sales Excellence, you will scale up Lead Central program that identifies and sources Brand Owners / Brand aligned Distributors lead pool to acquire high value seller profile at launch across the managed sales org. You will be responsible for defining program roadmaps and will have to use your ability to think strategically. Using your know-how (including systems, processes and KPI management), deep understanding of Amazon tools and technical

capabilities, you will drive engagement and interactions at the senior leadership/partner level of external partners as well.

The ideal candidate will have sales/program manager experience, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, comfortable working across multiple complex functions and capability to influence external partners. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, training other stakeholders on systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales team pain points related to high value lead generation

  • Identify lead sources to generate high value leads for sales teams

  • Work with internal stakeholder teams and external partners to generate leads at scale

  • Audit generated leads to ensure adherence to quality standards

  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders/leaders ; to improve efficiency in lead consumption and conversion

  • Deep Dive, Track and monitor resolution of key program interventions

  • Working Knowledge of SQL, Salesforce would be required - Ability to understand and write basic queries in SQL, Ability to understand & pull reports from Salesforce

  • Prior experience of working with external partner teams to drive program objectives would be a plus

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas

  • Experience in e-commerce

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
