We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process. Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

You’ll make a difference by:

· Drive implementation/production of standard reports as part of the Reporting Factory, including acting as a report project manager, establishing customer requirements, standardizing data elements, training & communication, and tracking lessons learned.

· Design and implement standardized methods, processes, and systems to optimize processes and work results by close collaboration with Performance Controlling team.

· Ensuring data maintenance & verifications of source systems in addition involves active communication regarding the data quality each month to Performance Controlling team.

· Support coordination and controlling of the budget planning relevant organizational units.

· Establish and then implement postproduction support on digital solutions to ensure continued relevance and to maintain the value it delivers to the business.

· Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems that enable Business to track KPIs and report on supply chain performance.

· Preparation and execution of Ad-hoc analyses, concepts, presentations to support management decisions.

Your success is grounded in:

· MBA, bachelor’s degree or comparable professional education in Business Administration, Accounting or related field or relevant experience of 2- 3 years with emphasis in data analysis.

· Sound knowledge of MS Office, relational databases & should be able to optimize the existing data models.

· High business acumen: ability to engage with multiple levels of the organization for process improvement and solution development while maintaining a problem-solving attitude.

· Technical curiosity about, and experience with, some or all digitalization tools, like QlikSense / Power BI, Mendix, KNIME/Talend, Anaplan etc. with experience in data mining with ETL processes would be added plus.

· Self-starter who prioritizes multiple projects with competing deadlines collaborating effectively with matrixed departments and is motivated to promote change.

· Strong understanding of business processes in various systems within the Organization, implications, and data flows.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills..
