Minimum requirements

· Leadership skills and experience managing teams.

· Good capacity for interpersonal relations, communication, and empathy.

· Sense of responsibility and ability in decision making.

· Teamwork, proactivity, autonomy, ability to adapt to new media, and ability to work under pressure.

· Problem-solving person and leadership ability.

· Experience in 5s, solid foundation in Lean manufacturing and troubleshooting tools.

. Experience in quality management systems: IRIS, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, IATF ( TS16949 )

· Technical skills in management and calculation tools.

· Solid knowledge of mechanics and their manufacturing processes.

· Languages: English (indispensable)

Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the candidate will have to manage the plant:

· Responsible for the achievement of the yearly plan and KPI-es goals.

. Manage and develop the team skills to develop the company, increase the business and the efficiency.

· Management and monitoring of efficiency and production efficiencies, control of costs, and performance of the personnel in charge.

· Overseeing production processes and optimize the labor flows, new developments, and new products.

. planning and organizing production schedules

. organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

. assessing project and resource requirements

. Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers

· Management of suppliers, with the support of MTC Spain.

· Instruct staff to perform the work according to established processes, compliance with control guidelines, and manufacturing instructions.

. Support the commercial team in the RFQ process ( Breakup costs, feasibility analyses)

. Support Technical team in new developments, with prototypes and first series.

. organizing relevant training sessions.
