Oracle Member Technical Staff in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

Be a part of the Oracle Cloud for Industry's success story. Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure. Every day at Oracle is different, as new clients, markets and business opportunities push us to achieve great results.

Oracle ZRCV has reached a significant milestone by officially entering General Availability (GA). ZRCV has support for Oracle Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure (ExaDB-D) and Oracle Base Database (BaseDB) Service. ZRCV brings forth key cloud database protection features and ensures real-time database protection, allowing recovery within less than a second in the event of an outage or ransomware attack. The implementation of End-to-End Backup Encryption enhances data security by automatically encrypting all backup data throughout its entire lifecycle. The adoption of an Incremental Forever Backup Paradigm contributes to shortening the backup window. This paradigm involves moving smaller amounts of backup data between the database and the Recovery Service. Continuous Database Recovery Validation further improves recoverability by introducing automated, zero-impact recovery validation for every database backup. Additionally, users can benefit from Comprehensive Database Recoverability Monitoring, gaining insights into database protection through a granular recovery health dashboard. This General Availability announcement not only marks a significant milestone but also solidifies Oracle ZRCV as a robust solution, offering enhanced database protection and recovery capabilities for Oracle Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure and Oracle Base Database Service.
