Job Dimensions (role and responsibilities):
Managing Claims for major accounts for Property/Engineering/Marine/Miscellaneous LOB
Following SOP of claims agreed
Deputation of surveyor, follow up for confirmation of visit, seeking LOR
Following up with insured as per agreed process for document submission.
Review of documents and submissions to surveyor
Managing MIS as per format
100% Claims entry in system (CRP) with real-time updates
Follow up with insurer for claim settlement including visit to their office for file management
Periodic review of claims
Key Performance Indicators:
100% adherence to SOPs for Claims handling
TAT between incident and claim processing by enabling speed of documentation collation, review and submission.
Identification of ability to foresee process improvements and new solutions
Skills and Attitude:
Go getter with an ability to handle large volume of transactions
Excellent team player qualities apart from being individual contributor
Should have an attitude to perform beyond the scope of work for rapid growth
III Licentiate/Associates IRDA Broker licence Certificate will be an advantage.
