As a Senior Program Manager - Ops Excellence, you'll be deciphering our customers' ever-evolving needs and shaping cutting-edge solutions that elevate their experience with Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

Ops excellence across all points of the supply chain - including network design, dark store design, transshipment strategy, process design and optimization, delivering business metrics through operations, supply chain planning, forecasting, hub operations, middle mile, dark store operations, last mile and so on – you'll be orchestrating a symphony of workstreams that cut across areas of operations to ensure business objectives are achieved and customer needs are met.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
