What you will enjoy in this role:

The Lead, Campaign Developer (SFMC, ACC,AEP,AJO) role within the Marketing Platform team is pivotal in driving client value through the implementation of marketing platforms for executing campaigns. This position focuses on streamlining campaign launches, optimizing audience selection, and enhancing performance to deliver high-quality, targeted campaigns that meet client objectives and drive ROI. Key responsibilities include campaign estimation, requirement gathering, solution design, platform setup with foundational schemas, performance monitoring, result analysis, and reporting. The role also involves thinking creatively to design and deliver complex solutions, enhancing implementation and migration activities, and offering technology consulting. Staying current with new technologies, ensuring precise documentation and mentoring team members are essential for achieving client success and desired outcomes, with a focus on durability and longevity.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Estimate time for tasks based on defined SLAs, helping establish SLAs where needed, and providing accurate effort estimates for campaign or project components based on complexity.

  • Offer tool capability recommendations, clearly articulating what should and shouldn't be included in the platform solution.

  • Design and configure Campaign solutions by understanding the client’s data providers and architecture, setting up ETL processes, and implementing data flows.

  • Customize campaign setups based on omni-channel approach and build web pages using scripting where necessary.

  • Develop tailored solutions based on client-specific requirements and document the implementation for future reference.

  • Ability to support Pre-Sales activities by collaborating with presales teams to understand client requirements and identify technical solutions that meet client's needs.

  • Create detailed implementation plans for new and existing clients, guiding them through each phase of Campaign deployment.

  • Provide proactive troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and resolution. Deliver post-Implementation support to ensure the continued success and smooth operation of the platform.

  • Conduct training sessions for clients, enabling them to effectively use the implemented solutions.

  • Provide knowledge transfer on configurations and best practices.

  • Act as the development lead in partnership with Operation team to ensure seamless integration across teams.

  • Offer multi-product enablement and integration solutions for strategic clients.

  • Work closely with the consulting and delivery teams to adopt and implement global best practices, ensuring professional delivery of technical and business consulting services.

  • Mentor and support additional team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.

  • Develop guidelines for the team on modular, scalable, and reusable components and services that can be easily integrated across multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • Eager to learn new applications of traditional technologies.

  • Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience.

  • Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus.

  • Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing applications and processes is a plus.

  • Experience in technology integrations with Marketing technologies(SFMC, ACC,AEP,AJO)

  • Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs

  • 1+ years of experience in cross channel marketing campaign delivery, like Push Notifications, In-App deliveries

  • 5+ years of SQL development experience including ETL implementations.

  • 5+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred)

  • 8+ years of enterprise software implementation experience

  • 4 years minimum of experience with SFMC platform and + 1 more year in working on Campaign management technology implementations as a Lead.

  • 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent

  • Any campaign related certification is added advantage.
