Oracle Java Fullstack Developer- Core banking in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

Oracle is looking for a senior software developer in our FSGIU Banking Product team. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, who has experience as a full stack developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot , Micro Services , Oracle, Postman, ReST, SOAP, Design Patterns, JavaScript, HTML5, css, Jenkins. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, with a successful track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate will be working on Oracle Banking Branch - Servicing product

  • Architect, develop and maintain Microservices

  • Devise and implement solutions that allow the system to scale better

  • Ability to Present the proposed architecture & Document technical knowledge in Confluence and present to peers and other engineers

  • Mentor engineers & Review code developed by other engineers

  • Ensure compliance with development methodology and technical process

Candidate should possess the ability to review deployments and operational environments, i.e., execute initiatives to reduce failure, troubleshoot issues across the entire infrastructure stack, expand monitoring capabilities, and manage technical operations.

Closely work with team on building and implementing scalable Microservices

Microservices development using microservices frameworks (Spring Boot with Spring Cloud )

Experience with Web-tier development technologies such as Spring, JPA.

Expertise in Hands-on development in web-based application development using Angular (using Bootstrap) and Java.

Experience in any of the leading UI framework like React/Angular.

Good understanding of AJAX, JSON objects and JavaScript DOM manipulation Techniques

Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX

Working knowledge of Oracle DB and SQL

Experience working with Kafka / RabbitMQ or other messaging services

Working knowledge with IaaC tools like Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible

Git / SVN version control experience

Programming / scripting in BASH / Python / sh

Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum.

Experience in Banking domain is a plus

Desire to get upskilled to latest in technologies and implement them in the project

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
