AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of IT Lead I – SAP SuccessFactors.

AGCO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead our SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale HR transformation initiatives and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our SuccessFactors modules. As an IT Lead, you will play a critical role in leading a team of IT professionals to optimize our environment, implement communication strategies, and enhance the digital experience for our employees. This role acts as a key liaison to the business, vendors, and platform providers delivering an optimized technical landscape.

Your Impact

  • Lead and manage large-scale HR transformation initiatives, focusing on the implementation of SuccessFactors modules.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and change management strategies.

  • Take responsibility for the delivery of large global, multi-module SuccessFactors implementation projects.

  • Assist in Production support tickets and year-end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

  • Partner with IT personnel to assess and validate existing and resulting solutions to ensure quality of system and business needs are met.

  • Align SuccessFactors solutions with the customer’s strategic objectives.

  • Manage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and security. Identify opportunities for system enhancements, updates, and integrations.

  • Analyze HR data and digital user data to provide insights and trends, facilitating data-driven decision-making within the HR department and for digital tools.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, the IT team, and HR professionals, ensuring timely issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select tools and services that align with the company's objectives.

  • Ensure that all digital solutions and tools, as well as HR systems, comply with company policies, industry standards, data security, and privacy requirements.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and listening abilities.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Relevant 7+ years of experience in IT, with a strong hands-on SuccessFactors experience.

  • Profound knowledge of digital workplace technologies, applications, best practices, and HR systems.

  • Expertise in digital tool analysis, usability evaluation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in problem-solving and complex technical issue troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of change management and training principles.
